At Mario Hermoso, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our menswear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Ready-to-Wear Returns

  • You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with all tags and protective covers attached within 14 days of delivery.
  • Once inspected and approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Bespoke & Made-to-Measure Garments

  • Custom tailored suits and private-label garments crafted to individual measurements are non-refundable.
  • In the unlikely event that a bespoke garment requires minor adjustments, our London Mayfair atelier offers complimentary alteration credits within 30 days of receipt.

3. Wholesale & Retail Orders

  • Wholesale shipments undergo rigorous multi-stage quality inspections before leaving our London bespoke facility.
  • Any discrepancy or defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to info@mariohermoso.co.uk with photographic documentation.

4. Return Instructions
