Access to our B2B Dashboard is granted upon verification of your business credentials. Mario Hermoso reserves the right to refuse or revoke access at our discretion. All prices listed within the dashboard are confidential and strictly for registered trade partners.
3. Orders & Manufacturing
Our premium suits and shirts are manufactured in Turkey to the highest standards. Due to the artisanal nature of our production, minor variations in fabric shade or texture may occur between batches. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed through our secure portal.
4. Shipping & Liability
Goods are dispatched from our Waltham Cross headquarters. While we ensure all products are packed securely, Mario Hermoso is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or customs clearance for international shipments.
5. Intellectual Property
All brand assets, photography, and designs remain the intellectual property of Mario Hermoso. Authorized retailers are permitted to use our product imagery solely for the purpose of reselling the garments purchased from us.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located near our registered London office.
