As a B2B menswear wholesaler, Mario Hermoso operates under professional trade terms. Because our suits and shirts are manufactured in Turkey to specific bulk orders, we do not offer "change of mind" returns. All returns must meet our strict quality inspection criteria.

Manufacturing Defects

We take pride in our Turkish craftsmanship. If you receive an item with a clear manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

• Notify our London team within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photographic evidence of the defect via the B2B Dashboard.
• Ensure all original Mario Hermoso tags and packaging remain intact.

Refunds & Credit Notes

Once your return is inspected at our Waltham Cross office and approved:

• We will issue a credit note to your wholesale account for future purchases.
• In specific cases of major fault, a refund may be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.
